Learning Sciences Marzano Center for Teacher and Leader Evaluation, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position as Marketing Manager for our marketing, product development, proposal writing, editorial, and research departments. The successful candidate for this position will be deadline driven and have proven marketing management skills. If you are selected, you will receive, prioritize, direct, and expedite the flow of a high volume of projects for multiple departments with a keen eye for company priorities and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project implementation and workflow, including scheduling jobs and moving them through all stages of development. Experience with project management software and/or education background is a strong plus.
Duties:Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Monitor incoming projects and organize supporting information needed to establish a base for tracking projects from date received to completion
• Route projects as appropriate to marketing, product, research, sales, and editorial departments to begin development. Enter dates, monitor, and update projects into project management program for subsequent significant stages of development
• Prioritize, track, and guide projects through a process to ensure on-time delivery to stakeholders
• Gather and organize necessary copy, art, web links, collateral, and other necessary files and resources in project management software
• Act as liaison between marketing, sales, product development, research, and proposal writing teams
• Communicate with printers, advertising reps, proofreaders, and other vendors throughout production cycle
• Regularly provide project status reports and outcomes to CEO and CFO, and maintain company awareness of changing priorities
• Conduct focused status meetings as needed to determine status, deadlines, changing priorities, anticipated projects, and campaigns
• Track delivery of final products. Follow up and resolve post-delivery and/or production-related problems
• Anticipate and divert problems that threaten due dates and/or request revised due dates if necessary and where possible. Suggest and implement new processes and procedures
• Maintain hard-copy files of finalized projects and original art as a quick visual reference and to provide history of products and campaigns as a resource for marketing, editorial, product development, and art departments
Qualifications:EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications
• 2+ years’ experience managing traffic, scheduling, or production for an agency or business
• Evidence of excellent organizational skills, judgment, handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with database, spreadsheet and word processing software
• Ability to create, generate and interpret database reports
• Experience using project management software
• Experience setting up and managing trade shows, print jobs, design collateral

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to sit, walk and stand for short periods of time with breaks
• Sedentary physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature
• Ability to view monitors over 2/3 of the time and reports and communicate with others
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach and handle items over 2/3 of the time
• General office environment lifting of files up to 10 lbs. 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
• Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation
• Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
• • Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air
